On behalf of the aircraft manufacturer AIRBUS, a student team researched methodologies and technologies to analyse and structure the huge amount of documentation produced during aircraft construction.

In conjunction with my bachelor's thesis, we developed a software framework to automatically analyse and display large amounts of text documents. To enhance classical keyword search retrieval methods, we displayed document maps based on inter–document similiarity and meta–data visualizations.

Currently, we are working on an update of the software to support more general usage scenarios and dynamic data sources.
